This is my third experience with Scott. Always seamless and helpful. A pleasure to do business with.

Experienced operator. Read the room and got it done.

Professional, experienced, and very helpful. Everything was smooth with clear communication. Highly recommend Scott for stress-free property purchase!

I couldn’t recommend Scott more highly. As a first-time home buyer, he made what could have been quite an overwhelming process feel incredibly easy and genuinely enjoyable. Even though I had my own buyer’s agent, I actually found myself working more closely with Scott throughout the process because he was so incredibly helpful and always available. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. After I’d purchased the property and while it was still tenanted, he arranged multiple times for me to access the apartment, liaising directly with the tenants and making everything incredibly easy. He even met carpet suppliers at the property on my behalf so they could measure before settlement, and when one of them accidentally left their phone behind, he went back again to retrieve it! He was always quick to respond to any questions, recommended painters, locksmiths and other trades when I needed them, and continued to help well beyond what I would ever have expected from the selling agent. One of my favourite touches was when my family contacted him because they wanted to put a big bow on my front door before I collected the keys. He happily helped her arrange the surprise, which really sums up the experience. It felt personal, thoughtful and like he genuinely cared about making my first home purchase special. I felt incredibly well looked after from beginning to end, and even now I know that if I had a question, I could reach out and he’d be happy to help. An absolute pleasure to deal with and someone I would recommend without hesitation. Thank you for making buying my first home such a positive experience.

My wife and I recently had an excellent experience working with our real estate agent, Scott Robertson, from Balmain Realty. Scott consistently demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, excellent communication, and strong strategic thinking. His approach delivered positive results for both us as sellers and the buyer. His ability to listen carefully, understand everyone’s needs, and build rapport made the process smooth and productive. Scott was highly responsive and always provided timely feedback and follow-up. Throughout the process, he demonstrated sound judgment, excellent problem-solving skills, and genuine empathy. His personal approach and commitment inspired confidence, while his perseverance and expertise ultimately helped achieve a successful outcome. Scott is, without a doubt, a genuinely good person and an outstanding professional. We sincerely thank him and confidently recommend him to anyone seeking a trustworthy, knowledgeable, reliable, and highly effective real estate agent. Peter and Sylvia

Scott has a comfortable, relaxed style, responds quickly to questions and concerns, and provides updates regularly.

Scott and his team have been great in helping me buy my first property, thank you.

Scott and his team were professional and friendly throughout the buying and selling process. Always accommodating regarding any addition information and the progression of where things are up to. The one thing that stood out is there was no hard sell, thru provided all the information for me to make my own I fitness decision. I would definitely recommend Scott and team as the preferred agent to sell your property.

Scott was professional in all aspects of selling my unit & achieved a terrific result in a difficult market. If you are looking for an agent who will listen, act and handle your property with respect then look no further. Thanks Balmain Realty for acting with integrity - all the best for the future.
