I recently purchased a unit in 'Balmain Cove' for which Stephen Wilson was the agent. Initially I was reluctant to make an offer for it as my previous house was not even on the market.
Stephen was very helpful and kept me well informed about the unit’s availability and in no way did I feel any pressure to buy. Eventually I did make an offer prior to putting my house on the market and despite the stress of that situation everything worked out well. When I had sold my house he was more than happy to facilitate my visits to show family and friends the unit – even on his days off.
Stephen was always very professional and encouraging in his dealings with me. As I sit on my beautiful terrace now I am really appreciative of the fact that he kept me up to date with what was happening in regard to the unit because that was a major factor in my decision to make an offer.
