My husband and I have had the pleasure of knowing Scott Robertson since 2000 when we first moved in to the Balmain Cove complex as renters. Between then and now we have we lived in various Inner West suburbs but always yearned to return to Balmain Cove as property owners.
In 2010 we briefed Scott on the property that we wanted. Scott kept us posted at all times and never wasted our time telling us about something that didn’t meet our criteria. In 2011 he called us and told us about a property that was about to come on to the market. He gave us early access and as soon as we walked in we made an offer at full asking price. We lived in our beautiful waterfront apartment until May 2015 when we decided to relocate back to our native England for work and family reasons. We engaged Scott to help us sell our property. Scott is a first class Real Estate Agent. I initially came to him so that Balmain Realty would manage a rental property I had bought in Rozelle ‘off the plan’ 2 years earlier. The construction of the property was nearing completion. He immediately suggested that I had 2 options – renting or selling.
I hadn’t thought of selling but when he suggested that the market had risen considerably in the Balmain/Rozelle area I decided I would sell and realise the capital gain.
I retained Scott and his Real Estate Agency for the sale. I found him an absolute delight to work with as he has a highly competent approach. The property sold in a short time and above what he had quoted me he could get for the property.
