" I Couldn't be Happier "
I couldn't be happier with my experience of the property letting process at Balmain Realty. Our long-term tenants recently gave three weeks notice to vacate our investment property.
Balmain Realty marketed the property well and showed a number of people through the apartment in one open house. This lead to a successful application from a professional couple, who moved in the day after our tenants were due to vacate.
Given this is our only investment property we are quite cautious as to who we have as tenants and who manages the property on our behalf. Balmain Realty have helped us secure great tenants over the past few years and are very responsive to our many questions.

We were impressed with Scott’s immediate response to our initial online query (other agents took a few weeks to make contact). We were also very appreciative of Scott’s honesty with what we needed to do to prepare our unit in the best possible manner and how he managed the plethora of tradespeople (from property styling, carpet to paint) to come in an efficient manner to get the it ready for sale.
Scott was always available and it would be common for him to make contact after business hours when most of his competitors would be either at home or at the pub. The highlight of our experience with Balmain Realty was that we listed our property late on Thursday night ... and had the contract for sale signed less than six days later … wow!
For those worried about them, we found Scott’s charges are fair and reasonable … not that it was a worry to us as he exceeded our expectations with the price he was able to get for us, so he essentially paid for himself.
