I just wanted to to write and thank Matthew for all his efforts to rent out my flat at Rozelle. I was very impressed with everything Matthew did. He was fast, efficient, sent out personal emails for the property, was able to get it online very quickly and held opens at appropriate times (eg 5:30pm-5:45pm after work).
I found him to be very professional with his communication and manner, and really appreciated the effort he went to for me.
