Kurt, Scott & Tami and team have been excellent throughout both our sale and purchase. Our investment property had been very well managed by their agency for some years, so it was with confidence that we engaged them.
On the sale side, Kurt’s upfront advice on timing proved to be entirely accurate, and ultimately the sale price exceeded our expectations. Tami likewise did a great job of managing our tenant through the process. (Worth also noting that another prominent agency had provided us separate marketing advice – however they had undervalued our property by nearly 20%.)
On the purchase side, Kurt understood our requirements very quickly, and was most helpful throughout all aspects from viewings until final settlement. Again, Tami was very proactive in managing the new tenancy.
